Return Policy

At Liv Social Home we reserve the right to decline returns that do not adhere to our Return Policy. Items returned without complying with the policy will be sent back to the original shipping address without a refund. Additionally, a fee will be deducted from your return if items are not returned in their original packaging,

Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged, please provide photo evidence within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to info@livsocialhome.com.

Returns:
We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 45 days of of delivery. For international returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for associated shipping fees. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable, and allow 7-10 business days for the return/exchange process to be finalized.
